The Challenge

When Owners, Sonia Archer and Michael Curtis wanted a complete business system to make them more organised, it didn’t take much convincing that Kolbe Systems was what they were looking for. 

Sonia had already invested a lot of time in writing up Job Descriptions but didn’t have the full picture to gain more control.

The Results

Implementing the Organising Chart has given them a base to work off.  All Job Descriptions, Staff Policies and filing systems are all now based off the Business Organising Chart.

Staff don’t need to interrupt other staff.  It is all based off their Organising Chart.
Sonia has implemented an Executive Statistics Board (a Kolbe System’s product) which measures all key areas of the business.
